Clinipower actively participates in significant EU projects that promote the digitalization of healthcare, the regulation of medical devices, and innovations in Europe.
Our team has a strong background in the international software and medical device industry.
The projects offer our partners opportunities to influence industry development, network internationally, and gain fresh perspectives to support their business.
EU4MEDTECH
EU4MEDTECH (European Framework for Advanced Medical Technology Evaluation and Follow-up) is a Horizon Europe project established in December 2024, which develops the evaluation and regulation of high-risk medical devices (MD) as well as in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVD) across Europe.
The project’s objective is to develop a lifecycle-based framework for generating and assessing clinical and performance evidence for high-risk MD and IVD devices. The framework will be implemented through an interactive digital platform.
What we do:
In the EU4MEDTECH project, we serve as an active consortium member, with a particular focus on medical device regulation (MDR and IVDR). Our work emphasizes understanding these requirements and applying them in practical development efforts. Within the project, we conduct user experience work as well as studies on the utilization of digital tools and solutions for compliance with medical device regulations.
New opportunities for partners:
The Stakeholders Forum provides partners with a platform to influence the development of the EU4MEDTECH framework, network with European industry players, share knowledge and best practices, jointly address market challenges, and anticipate regulatory changes. By joining the forum, you strengthen the adoption of the project’s outcomes and promote MedTech innovations in Europe.

ManagiDiTH
ManagiDiTH (Managing Digital Transformation in the Health Sector) is a four-year project funded by the European Union, launched in January 2023, aimed at creating a new master’s degree curriculum that equips healthcare professionals with the skills to develop digital services in the healthcare sector.
What we do:
In the ManagiDiTH project, we are a consortium member and focus on software industry regulation as well as innovations. We develop regulation training related to digitalization and promote business collaboration.
New opportunities for partners:
Partners are offered the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary students on two timely topics:
Master’s theses, where the student develops a master’s thesis free of charge on a concrete and relevant topic proposed by the company, in collaboration with the client and the university, as well as
the Winter School & Innovation Bootcamp 2026 event (26–30 January 2026 at Laurea University of Applied Sciences’ Otaniemi campus in Espoo), where approximately 100 students solve real challenges in healthcare digitalization presented by companies, working in multidisciplinary teams.
By participating, your company benefits from a low-threshold opportunity to engage in an EU project, fresh multidisciplinary perspectives, innovative concepts and prototypes, as well as visibility as a forward-thinking pioneer.
